Born in Amsterdam, Holland, Lita Asscher is President of Royal Asscher® of America and heiress to the World famous Asscher diamond dynasty. Her ancestors were responsible for such eminent achievementsas the creation of the original 1902 Asscher Cut diamond, and the cutting of the largest diamond everfound, the 3105 carat Cullinan diamond for Great Britain’s Crown Jewels. Royal Asscher® is jeweler tothe crown of many nations; the company has a legendary European heritage and an exclusive clientele ofinternational royalty and celebrities.

 

With such a prominent diamond heritage it is often assumed that Lita has always worked in the diamond industry. However, after finishing a management degree at Amsterdam’s Hogeschool of Holland University she started working for Dell® Computers. In six years she grew to be one of the company’smost successful account managers in the Netherlands, receiving multiple prizes for her accomplishments.
